Ils sont faciles à manœuvrer et permettent aux opérateurs de monter et descendre sans effort. Avec des capacités de charge allant de 1000 kg à 2500 kg, notre gamme de préparateurs de commande offre de nombreuses configurations pour répondre aux besoins de prélèvement au sol comme en hauteur. Le série L permet un prélèvement rapide sur palette ou rolls sur de longues distances. Le série N quant à lui facilite le prélèvement grâce à sa faculté à prendre plusieurs type de supports de charge.

Compact design
In mail order and e-commerce applications, the aisles are often quite narrow. Its speed, flexible manoeuvrability, very low step-in height (70mm) and narrow width (600mm), make the Toyota Optio N-series the perfect match for these applications. Thanks to the narrow width, the use of warehouse space can be optimised and it is easier to work with several trucks in the same aisle.
Easy docking system
A range of Toyota trolleys can be attached to the unique docking system of the Toyota BT Optio N-series order pickers. The system is optimised for quick and easy trolley connection and detaching trolleys can even be done from the truck. A pick-train coupling solution creates a short tugger train with a small turning radius, often used for moving parts, mail parcels and e-commerce orders.
Intuitive controls
The Toyota Optio N-series range comes with a steering wheel on the left and a travel control that combines controls for driving, braking and reversing on the right. This intuitive and ergonomic set-up provides the operator a comfortable driving position. Key information about the truck is shown on the informative display. To store small items such as pens, scanners, cans, etc., the order pickers come with sufficient storage compartments.
Quick battery exchange
To support all customer needs, there is a choice of batteries, i.e. gel batteries or Li-ion batteries. The Toyota BT Optio N-series order pickers come with a battery cassette at the front of the truck for quick and easy battery exchange.

The Toyota BT Optio L-series trucks ensure high productivity by being powerful, efficient, adaptable, and easy to use. A wide range of model configurations means the exact specification can be found to cover the demands of your operation.
High performance
Our Toyota BT Optio L-series have a high load capacity, meaning more roller cages or pallets can be handled during the same picking round. This results in more picking cycles, less travelling, more items picked and thus better productivity. The fast acceleration and high travel speed reduce transport time which creates efficient picking cycles.
Second level picking
To handle items at second level we provide models with platform lift up to 1 m allowing order picking up to 2.8 m. For handling goods from the operator compartment, the BT Optio OSE100 and 100W models with the forks at an ergonomic height are perfect.
Operator in mind
Our low level order pickers come with a user-friendly control handle for accelerating, braking, lifting, lowering and steering. The controls can be operated with one hand, left or right, or with both hands. Thanks to the many storage compartments, small items can be carried. The machines also have an integrated shrink film holder.
Safe picking
Picking areas are often very busy. For safer operations, the BT Optio L-series offers automatic speed reduction when cornering to help ensure that people, infrastructure and load are safe. Access to the truck is controlled with a PIN code or Smart Access to allow only authorised users to operate the truck.
